How We Ship

Our Baking Kits are built to order, and have same-day, one-day, or two-day shipping depending on your location, in order to ensure the freshest possible ingredients are delivered to your door. Packages are sent out every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, (our shipping days), and most deliveries will occur on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Orders placed before 8:00AM on a Wednesday will be sent out that same week, any orders placed after such time will be sent the following week. Holidays may affect shipping times (i.e. we do not ship out on holidays and we will refrain from shipping on days which would result with a holiday delivery day).

Where We Ship

Currently, Chocolata ships throughout Canada. Orders to Montreal, QC and surrounding areas, may in part be delivered by local delivery.

Return Policy

Returns, damaged goods and cancellations

Considering the perish-ability of our products, we cannot under any circumstance accept returns.

Any and all claims for damaged, spoiled, or missing shipments must be submitted with sufficient proof, as determined Chocolata, of the alleged “issue”, no more than 30 days following your scheduled delivery. Claims may be made by email to info@chocolata.ca. All claims will be reviewed and once a decision is made, your your damaged, spoiled, or missing shipment may be replaced, at Chocolata’s discretion. Chocolata will not be able to accommodate any claims submitted more than 30 days following the scheduled delivery.

Order, payments and pricing

By making an order, you agree to the payment of the price set out for each product. Orders will not ship out unless payment has been successfully processed. By providing your credit card, you expressly authorize us to charge all applicable fees to that credit card. Except as set forth herein, all payments are non-refundable.

All products listed on the website, their descriptions, and their prices are each subject to change. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product with or without notice. Although we make every effort to maintain the accuracy of information on this site, including pricing information and product details, occasionally pricing or other information errors may occur on this site. In the event that any product information has an incorrect price listed or has other incorrect information listed, we reserve the right, prior to the acceptance of your order, to decline or cancel such orders, whether or the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card charged or not.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including pricing errors as noted above), whether or not we have confirmed your order. We are not responsible for the inability to fulfill any orders. If your credit card has already been charged for the order and we cancel your order, we will issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount charged, right away. You agree that, if we cancel all or a part of your order, your sole remedy is either (a) that we will issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion (if your credit card has already been charged for the order) or (b) that we will not charge your credit card for the portion of the order which has been cancelled.
